Tyson Foods began with a local Arkansas farmer’s ambition to succeed, and grew to
revolutionize the poultry industry as we know it today. Since 1935, we have been
putting meat on dinner tables and proudly pioneering kitchen conveniences, some
as simple as cutting up chicken for consumers, without compromising quality and
freshness. Today, we are the world’s largest producer and marketer of chicken, beef,
and pork, supplying insights, ideas, and great products to operators of all sizes,
from the biggest chains to the smallest independent restaurants. We actively sponsor
professional and educational organizations across the school foodservice landscape,
including SNA, USDA, ACDA and FAME. We are also active in many sustainable efforts,
including water conservation, energy conservation, and the development of alternative
fuels from animal waste. Our success
