This curriculum provides financial management tools to analyze school revenue and expenditures and provides training content for increased profits. The program includes customized food and nutrient based menus, staff training to motivate your employees and increase participation, ideas to better merchandise your cafeteria and much more.

foodWISE® - Safe for Me™ Tool Kit

This tool kit focuses on resources to assist you in developing and implementing a food safety program for your district. It contains food-safety education and training materials that aid in the development of a comprehensive food-safety program to comply with a hazard analysis and critical control point (HACCP) system.
